Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the premises. Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval. Respect quiet hours, typically between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests must adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed. Guests must follow specified check-in and check-out times. Guests are required to treat the property and its belongings with care and respect, keep the property clean and tidy, and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Guests can contact the host directly on the app or by mobile number, with customer support available from 9 am to 11 pm UK time. For arrivals after 11 pm, guests can still check-in using self-entry methods, but must ensure they have all necessary information beforehand. The passport of the person booking and staying at the apartment will be required for verification purposes.
