Friendly flatmates Ivy (actor/creative soul) and Joe (sustainability & urban-farming) are looking for a third person to share their grown-up, friendly 3-bed flat in Clapton E5. The room is available for 3 months from now and features a large wardrobe, a double bed (which can be removed if you bring your own), and a 3.2m ceiling height, offering ample storage space. The flat is genuinely large, with bright living spaces, high ceilings, and lots of light, and the housemates enjoy their plants. There is space to work from home, with housemates juggling needs around each other. They are social but not a party flat, valuing chats, dinners, and wine, but also downtime and privacy, describing themselves as "friendly adults with their own lives". Bills are excluded, estimated at around £150 extra per month, including a cleaner twice a month. No couples are allowed, but partners are welcome to stay over sometimes. The flat is in a great location in Clapton E5, near Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park, Clapton & Hackney Central Overground stations, and many restaurants.
