I am looking for a flatmate to share my home. The available room is cosy, measuring 2.6m by 2.2m, and features high ceilings with a view of the garden. It can accommodate a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a bedside table. You will also have exclusive use of a lovely summer house equipped with electricity and a desk, with the option to add Wi-Fi and seating. The home includes 1 Gbps full-fibre broadband, and a parking permit can be applied for. Monthly bills are approximately £180–£200. As I do not drink, I am looking for a flatmate who is also a non-drinker or drinks only occasionally. I am a professional who enjoys cycling, hiking, and swimming. I value a friendly atmosphere where we can occasionally share dinner while respecting independent space.
