Flat to rent Russell Hill Road, Greater London

Description

Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for a new flatmate. The flat has two bedrooms, a big living room, a big bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen with a gas stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The double room is massive, with a sink, and can easily fit a king size bed. A set of drawers and a wardrobe may be left behind. Some photos show the flat before it was furnished, as my current flatmate has since furnished the place.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Purley station, with a 20 minute train ride to central London (London Bridge, London Victoria, Clapham Junction, Farringdon, Blackfriars and more) and a 20 minute train ride to Gatwick Airport, with good connections down to Brighton. A bus stop is right outside the flat, and the high street is a 2 minute walk away, with buses to East Croydon, Tooting and more. A large Tesco is a 5 minute walk away, and there are plenty of convenience stores and takeaways on the high street and nearby.

I am 25, from New Zealand, and work full time as a food product developer, so I never work from home. I love long weekend trips around Europe or travelling around the country, enjoy going out at weekends for drinks at a pub or a gig, and equally love my downtime and a good night in.

I am looking for a woman aged 22 to 30 who works full time, is easy going and up for anything, but also enjoys some peace and quiet. Please message me if you are interested.
