A double room is becoming available from December in our friendly houseshare, just a stone's throw from Kentish Town Station, on a quiet road just off Kentish Town High Street. We are three housemates: Chrissy (lawyer), Sally (doctor) and Joshua (civil servant). We regularly hang out together, whether for a meal, a trip to the pub or an evening of TV, and we are looking for someone keen to join our group. We welcome a male or female housemate who is friendly, tidy, sociable and preferably does not work from home full time. The flat occupies the top two floors of a semi-detached house and has a shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet and four bedrooms. The available room is a small unfurnished double. The rent includes all bills except a cleaner, who visits every two weeks. The flat has fibre optic broadband, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Local supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and buses are a one-minute walk away. Please tell us a bit about yourself and include photos when you get in touch.
