Room to rent Fawe Park Road, Greater London

Description

Our lovely housemate of five years is moving in with his girlfriend, so we are looking for someone to join our Fawe Park family. The room is a generous private double bedroom on the top floor, furnished, with a view of the garden. It shares a bathroom with one other housemate, which has a bath and shower. There is access to a light, open-plan attic with plenty of storage, currently used as a spare room for visitors, a work-from-home space and a home gym. The room is available from 1st February 2027. Early viewings are encouraged as we are away in December. The house is a four-bedroom mid-terraced house with a double lounge, a large kitchen with a conservatory leading onto the patio, and a good-sized garden. There is a cellar for small storage and wine, and a secure storage area for bikes. We are three professional South African ladies who work from home part time. We are a sociable house who love hosting braais and BBQs, as well as quieter nights watching Traitors. Our interests include travelling, and social sport such as netball, hockey and running. We are looking for a professional aged 30 to 40 interested in a long-term tenancy, male or female, who is easygoing and sociable. No pets are allowed. Bills are around £180 to £210 per month and include WiFi, electricity, water, council tax and a weekly cleaner.
