Enjoy the beautiful and spacious private back garden, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or outdoor dining. Free off-street parking is available on the front driveway for up to two vehicles.
The property is set up for remote access.
Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is before 10am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost, or damaged keys. Mid-stay cleaning sessions or linen changes can be organized on request for an additional charge. Single-use toiletries are provided for the first two days of your stay. Please be mindful of noise levels, as excessive noise or music at antisocial hours may result in notification to the local council. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.
The property management team is available 24/7 via email or phone to provide assistance. Pass the Keys provides a hotel standard of service, with professionally maintained and cleaned properties, and professionally laundered linens and toiletries. 24/7 guest support is available before and during your stay. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
