I'm looking for a new housemate to share my 2-bedroom flat with two ensuite bathrooms and a garden. The location is ideal, just one street back from Battersea Park and around an 8-minute walk from Battersea Power Station.

I'm 35, work full-time Monday to Friday, and work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. I enjoy a good weekday routine and making the most of my weekends, whether that's a few drinks out or a cosy evening on the sofa. I'm looking for someone with a similar balance: independent, with their own social life, who appreciates a lovely, peaceful home to come back to.

You'll need to be a dog lover, as I have a friendly French bulldog called Charlie who is a big part of the home. Occasional sofa cuddles and jumping up for attention are part of the package. Bills are separate and the room comes with a double bed.
