Our apartment is available for rent from 1 Jan - 30 April 2027! We are the owners and have loved living here since 2021. We are off travelling and hope to find someone who treats our flat like home. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom doubles up as a home office with a standing desk, a large monitor and fibre broadband. Our living room is south-facing and the balcony opens onto Hackney Downs so you have plenty of natural light and leafy views! We have a projector and screen set up for putting your feet up after a long day, and a PS5 to let off any steam! The apartment itself is modern and is on the second floor of a small block of 7 friendly neighbours. In the winter, it stays warm thanks to underfloor heating and good insulation. The flat comes fully furnished. Rent includes all bills and a fortnightly 4-hour cleaner. There is also the option of looking after our lovely cat Moe for a discount on the rent.
