Travel time by bus to the O2, where one can get the Jubilee line tube, is 15-20 minutes. Kidbrooke Station for the train is a 12-minute walk away, with frequent trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo, and Charing Cross taking 20-25 minutes to central London. A range of local shops, grocery supermarkets, and cafes are a short walk (10 minutes or so) away, including Tesco, Sainsbury, the Co-op, Aldi, and B&M. Greenwich Park and Blackheath Common are also a short walk away. All bills, including Council tax, are included, and the house is maintained in good order.
