The area is convenient, with a 9-minute walk to Homerton and close proximity to two large Tesco stores, parks, and cafés. I seek an easy-going and respectful flatmate who will keep the space tidy. The rent is £700 per month, all bills included, plus a £150 refundable deposit. No pets or smoking allowed. The current household consists of five members aged between 22 to 33, with varied interests such as sports, films, and history.
