Description
We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in Dalston. We are all between 26 and 29 and queer, with a slight preference for queer housemates, though a friendly and fun personality is our priority. We work hybrid schedules during the day. The house has two bathrooms, a garden, a cosy living room and a well-stocked kitchen. We live fairly communally, sometimes eating meals together, watching TV in the evenings and going out together. We also value the house as a space to wind down, along with privacy and care. Keeping communal spaces clean and tidy is essential, and we generally follow the motto of leaving rooms looking nice for the next person. Rent for the room is £740 per calendar month, bills are around £100 per month, and a shared online shop for house essentials costs around £30 per month. The move-in date is to be confirmed, but it will be sometime between November and December. We are four flatmates, all she/her except Charlie (he/him). Smoking is permitted in the household and pets are suitable.
