Description

I am travelling back to Europe for Christmas and am looking for a trustworthy, respectful housemate to sublet my room for the festive period. The room is available from 17th December to 12th January, with a minimum stay of 2 weeks and flexible dates. Rent is £850 for the whole period with bills included, plus a £200 refundable deposit returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage.

The house is a friendly, multicultural LGBTQ+ household of five, mostly in their 20s and 30s, with a cat named Divine. It has a living room, a big kitchen, a garden and two bathrooms. Bills, Wi-Fi and council tax are included, and a cleaner visits weekly to clean shared spaces.

The room has a double bed, overlooks the garden and is quiet, with morning sunlight and foxes often visible outside. It is cosy and furnished with a rug, a chair, a secretaire, a wardrobe and a SAD lamp. Storage space and two sets of bedsheets are provided.

The house is not a party house, though the occasional festive party may take place. A woman aged 25 to 40 is preferred.
