Looking for someone to take over our room in Fulham. We are moving out of the UK on 25th November, so we are looking for either a single person or a couple to take over our lease. The property is a 2-bedroom flat, shared with a 26-year-old male from New Zealand. The flat is very spacious for 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms in total, a lounge on the 1st floor and a separate kitchen and dining area on the top floor. Our room comes with an en-suite bathroom and lots of storage space. Location: 8-minute walk from Mildmay Overground Line, 15-minute walk from the District Underground, 5-minute walk to a very large Sainsbury's. Local pub and cafes/restaurants nearby. The current lease runs until February and the landlord is happy to extend for another year if interested. Deposit is £922 each (split by 3 people in the flat); it would need to be doubled if a single person takes the room. Smoking not allowed, no pets. Minimum term 3 months, no maximum term. Bills not included.
