Super fast fibre broadband, TV licence, and Netflix are included, along with a large fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Wood floors run throughout the property, which also has a bath and shower, and plenty of storage. A fortnightly cleaner is provided. The rent includes everything except £20 every two weeks for the cleaner. The building is a well-maintained 1970s high-rise with great views across Canary Wharf. Please note the lift is smaller and there is one large shared bathroom. The room available is the largest one on the floor plan. The current flatmates are Elisha (29, Aussie) and her dog Louie, and Mai Mai (30) and her cat Shadow. They are looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy non-smoker, ideally a good plant parent, aged between 25 and 65. Occasional hosting is fine, but it's not a party house. Part-week commuters are welcome. The room is available from 1st November 2026 for a minimum of 1 month.
