We are looking for the right person or people to fill a double room in our converted factory in London Fields on a long-term basis. It's a gorgeous space with plenty of room and light, located just across the road from Broadway Market and a short walk to Victoria Park. The room is available from 18th October.

We have been living here for 4 years and love it. We are seeking housemates who are keen to make a house a home and get involved. It's a great spot for sharing meals or a glass of wine, but we all lead busy lives outside the house too. Keeping on top of cleaning and respecting shared spaces is important, and we have a good rhythm that makes it a pleasant place for everyone.

The flat has 4 bedrooms in total, but we only use 3, keeping the smallest room as a spare. There are 2 bathrooms (one with a huge bath!) and a pantry room for food items, along with two fridges, a freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is space in the building to store bikes, and a small courtyard out back.

The room available is a light double room situated on its own side of the flat, meaning the bedroom does not share a wall with any other bedrooms and is not above or below other bedrooms. It has ample space for a double bed, desk, two chest of drawers, and a hanging rail for clothes, plus storage behind the bed for larger items like suitcases.

Rent for this room is £1700, with bills at £90 per person, which includes a monthly toilet roll delivery. We maintain a buffer in the bills account for potential price increases or extra winter usage.
