The dining room suits celebrations and group meetings. For entertainment, there is a sitting room with a smart TV and electric fire, and a separate snug with table football, pool, air hockey and a large smart TV.
Enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool with inflatable toys and a security-coded door, and an invigorating sauna with single shower facilities. Parking is available for 4 medium-sized cars on the driveway, along with an EV vehicle charger. Additional parking is available at the local pub's car park, a 5-minute walk away. Two travel cots and two high chairs are available upon request.
The property is set up for remote check-in and offers a comfortable environment for working remotely.
Guests may notice some road noise from the main A-road, although downstairs rooms have noise-insulated double glazing and bedroom windows have secondary glazing. Guests are asked to keep noise to an acceptable level and consider the neighbouring community, especially when sitting outdoors. This property is not pet-friendly. Smoking is not allowed.
Guest verification is required through Truvi (previously Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. You may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent). Once verification is completed, check-in information will be provided. A deposit, if chosen, will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
