The bathrooms are equipped with a shower over a standard-sized bath, toilet, and basin in the first bathroom, and a standard-sized shower, toilet, and basin in the second.

Bedroom 1 is decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early collection or late key drop-off may be arranged for an additional charge of £20 per hour. This is a non-smoking building, and guests found smoking within the flat will be charged £250. A designated smoking area is located at the back of the building, and guests smoking in front of the building will be subject to a £100 charge. Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed, and reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Violators of the party rule may be asked to leave with no refund. Guests must pass a building-required background check.
Please be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
Situated on a lovely quiet cobbled street in the Georgian Quarter, this apartment is close to the Philharmonic Hall and within easy walking distance to the main city attractions, including the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the Docks. The neighborhood showcases stunning architecture, and Hope Street and the city center, with their array of restaurants, cafes, theatres, and concert venues, are just a short stroll away.
