This spacious duplex apartment features three bedrooms and two modern shower rooms. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The second bedroom is a twin-double room with two double beds and a private en-suite shower room. The third bedroom, located in the basement, offers a double bed and a single bed. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and washer. The living area includes two sofas and a wall-mounted TV.
Guests will have the whole apartment to themselves, with communal hallways and a shared main door onto the street.
There is a local pub just a minute's walk from the property which is usually open late on most evenings, and while the area is mainly residential, some noise may occasionally be heard, particularly during weekends or busy evenings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Collecting keys before 3:00 PM or returning them later than the check-out time of 11:00 AM will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. Any lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. No large groups under the age of 25.
Located on the edge of the stunning Georgian Quarter, this apartment is ideal for exploring Liverpool's vibrant food and culture scene. You'll be within walking distance to the great variety of restaurants and pubs on Bold Street, Hope Street, and Duke Street, as well as Liverpool City Centre shopping. Hope Street, with its restaurants, theatres, and bars, is a 5-10 minute walk away. Bold Street, known for its independent cafés and shops, is about a 10-minute walk. Liverpool ONE is approximately a 15-minute walk, and the lively Ropewalks district and Concert Square are also within 10-15 minutes on foot. Liverpool Cathedral and the Metropolitan Cathedral are about a 10-minute walk away. A popular local pub is just a minute's walk from the property.
