A free parking spot is included, suitable for standard-sized vehicles. Please note that larger vehicles may find the spot tight.
This property is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions while respecting the local neighborhood. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, especially in the evening, and no partying or loud music is to be played in or outside the property after 10 pm. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Check-ins before 3 pm and check-outs after 10 am are strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. No large groups under the age of 25 are permitted. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
