Each of the two apartments features a comfortable sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing ample space for relaxation. The first unit includes three bedrooms, with king-size beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. It also boasts a modern kitchenette with an Espresso coffee machine and a desk, ideal for work or vanity use. Entertainment is provided by large Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. The unit is fitted with two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower, and the other with a walk-in shower. The second unit is a spacious two-storey apartment with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main floor includes a living room with two double sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, two king bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of these bedrooms features a modern kitchenette and a desk. The attic floor has three bedrooms, each with a skylight, including a double bed and two king-size beds. Both kitchens are fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, hob, refrigerator, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability and with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Early key collection or late key drop-off can be arranged for a fee of £20 per hour.
Each apartment includes a desk in one of the bedrooms, suitable for work or vanity use.
This is a residential area, and the property is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations. There is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, with a designated smoking area at the back of the building. Guests found smoking in front of the building will be subject to a £100 charge, and a £250 charge will be applied if any signs of smoking are found within the flat. Stag, Hen, or Party Groups are not allowed and may be asked to leave without a refund. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Key collection is from 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
