The open-plan living and dining area boasts a Smart TV and two comfortable double sofa beds. The first floor has a double bedroom with a double bed, hanging rail, and a desk. The master bedroom on the highest floor includes an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a desk.
Pay and display car parks are nearby. Guests have access to the full apartment via a secure key safe.
The apartment features desks in both the double bedroom and the master bedroom, which can be utilized for work or as dressing tables.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 to 8:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge. Parties, events, or celebrations are not suitable for this apartment, and there is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. Collecting or returning keys outside of the arranged times (check-in 3pm, check-out 10am) will incur a charge. Unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge. Groups of guests under 25 are not permitted, and stag and hen nights are not allowed. While the building has a lift, its functionality during your stay cannot be guaranteed. Parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address. Maintenance works may require access to the property with 24 hours' notice, unless it's an emergency.
Situated in the heart of Liverpool, this apartment is a short walk from Liverpool's iconic Waterfront and Three Graces. Historic Castle Street, with its views of the Town Hall and Royal Liver Building, along with popular bars and restaurants, is right on your doorstep. The Cavern Club on Mathew Street is also nearby. Both the shopping and business districts are within close proximity, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Liverpool ONE shopping centre is just a 3-minute walk away.
