This apartment is well-suited for remote work, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi throughout.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge. This property is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations, with a strict policy against loud music or noise. Groups of guests under 25 are not permitted, and stag and hen nights are not allowed. An unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge, and early key collection before 3pm or late key return after 10am will also incur charges. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Maintenance works may require access to the property with 24 hours' notice, unless it's an emergency. The building's courtyard at Eden Square is closed due to loose material on Cheapside Tower. While the building has a lift, its functionality cannot be guaranteed during your stay.
