The apartment has two double bedrooms, and the master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a WC and shower. The main bathroom features a WC, basin, and a bathtub with an overhead shower. Private on-site parking is available for one compact vehicle in the parking garage, with dimensions of 2.2m height, 2.2m width, and 4.5m length. For larger or second vehicles, pay-and-display car parks are located nearby.
This apartment is located in a quiet residential building, and guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors. Parties, events, or celebrations are not suitable for this property, and there is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge. Guests are unable to have parcels delivered to the apartment's address. CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for safety and security. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. Collecting or returning keys outside of the arranged times will incur a charge. Large groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.
We ask that all guests are quiet and respectful of the neighbors. We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building.
