This property is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations, and there is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Stag and hen nights are not allowed. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. Collecting or returning keys outside of the 3pm check-in and 10am check-out times will incur charges. CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for safety and security. Guests are required to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover up to £500.00 of accidental damage.
