We are looking for three new housemates as three of our current housemates are heading off to Brazil or moving in with their partners. The house is located on the Whalley Range/Chorlton border, within walking/biking distance to several supermarkets and tram stops, plus a bus stop on the corner. Alexandra Park and Hough End are also nearby. The house features 2 bathrooms, a communal living room, porch, back garden, and a bike shed. We are a friendly and socially active house, with housemates into running, cinema, hiking, cooking, gardening, crochet/knitting, climbing, activism, and film nights. We all work full time and are looking for people who would enjoy living in a sociable, communal house rather than simply sharing the same roof. The deposit is £400, rent is £400 monthly rolling, with a two-month notice period. Water is included, otherwise bills are split between the house.
