The current resident lives with two small dogs (a Jack Russell and a Chihuahua) and requires a housemate who likes dogs. The resident works as a Postie and is out most days, with one weekday and all Sundays off. All bills, including Wi-Fi, are included. Free parking is available on nearby streets, or a permit can be purchased for £80 per year for the car park behind the house. The resident is clean and tidy and seeks someone similar, requesting that communal areas are kept clean and tidy. A cleaner visits once a month for communal areas.
