The house is located in a quiet area by the Tyne Riverside Country Park, close to a leisure centre and frequent bus services into town. On-street parking is available, and the property is on the main riverside cycle route into town. Bikes can be stored in the yard. The live-in owner works from home 3 days a week and is tidy and quiet. No pets are currently in the house. Short or long-term lets are considered, and postgraduates are welcome. A rent reduction is available for weekdays only. Shared cleaning duties are required, though a robot vacuum is provided.
