The kitchen area has a small breakfast table and chairs, and the large living and dining room is accessible from both the kitchen and hallway. Rear sliding doors provide access to the stunning private rear garden.
Free parking is available. Complimentary tea and coffee, travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided, along with a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. Pets are allowed.
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-ins without permission or late check-outs. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours and keep noise down. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, ensure all doors and windows are locked, and turn the heating down to 10 or off to help reduce carbon footprint. Guests are asked not to use the bathroom douche pipes to avoid flooding. This property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair. Smoking is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
