Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Guests are asked to wash up used dishes, bag rubbish, return keys to the key safe or Keynest location, switch off lights, close windows, and turn down the heating before departure.
Local shops, restaurants, and pubs are within an easy stroll, offering direct bus routes to Brighton and Eastbourne. Enjoy longer walks along the clifftop or undercliff, or explore the historic village of Rottingdean, once home to Rudyard Kipling.
