This apartment is designed to sleep up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, glassware, crockery, and pots & pans. Enjoy superfast Wi-Fi throughout and a Smart TV with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime. The separate bedroom area, located upstairs, features a Zip n Link Bed that can be set up as a double or split into two singles on request. A comfortable double sofa bed is available in the living area. All linen, bedding, and towels are provided.
A travel cot or high chair is available on request for a fee of £50.00. Free parking is available nearby, though it is not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height.
Includes an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for guests to use.
The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Failure to return keys to the key safe on check out will result in a £200+vat charge. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside. No BBQs. Check-in instructions will be sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm. A damage deposit or waiver must be paid before check-in.
Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed in advance. Registration Number: Licence_Number
