This is a non-smoking, no-pets property and events are not allowed. Children and infants are welcome. Arrivals outside office hours can be arranged if requested before 6pm (4pm on Sundays). The building uses automatic car registration recognition, so guests must provide car registration details in advance to avoid a ticket.
Poole Quay blends maritime activity with entertainment and leisure. Pleasure craft run trips to Brownsea Island and Sandbanks, and fishing trips can be booked from Fisherman's Quay.
