Feel at home in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom caravan overlooking Poole Harbour. A ramp provides level access to the front door, and a wrap-around terrace offers a perfect place to enjoy the view.
The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is a comfortable, social space. The main bedroom has a 5ft king-size double bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with two small single beds, and the third has two 3ft twin beds. A separate bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas 4-burner hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Entertainment includes a smart television and DVD player.
Park passes for entertainment, facilities and on-site restaurants can be purchased from Rockley Park reception or up to four weeks in advance, for Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday stays. Two car spaces are available and dogs are permitted. Park WIFI is available.
No smoking is permitted. Arrivals outside office hours can be arranged if requested before 6pm (4pm on Sundays). Park facilities are closed from 4 November to 15 March. Events are not allowed.
The holiday home is a short walk from the beach and close to Ham Common nature reserve, with watersports nearby.
