The ground floor also holds a bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower. Downstairs on the lower ground floor is an open kitchen diner with plenty of seating around the dining table, a shower room and a utility room.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms: a master bedroom to the front with a super king-size bed and fitted wardrobes, and a second bedroom that can be set up as a double or as two twin beds. On the second floor, a loft room has a double bed.
Hove promenade, beach and King Alfred leisure centre are a few minutes' walk away, and Church Road, with its patisserie, restaurants, shops and supermarket, is five minutes north. Parking is available on the opposite side of Sussex Road.
House rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no candles, please remove shoes indoors, no pets. Check-in is 3pm to 9pm (key safe outside the office) and check-out is 11am. Deposit: £7,500.
