Each house features private parking with free EV charging and a patio. Travel cots or high chairs are available upon request for a fee of £50.00.
Bedroom 2 includes a workstation desk, lamp, and chair, making it suitable for remote work.
This accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest will incur a £200 fee. Guests are asked to wash up used dishes, bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins, return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location, switch off lights, close all windows, and turn down the heating before leaving.
