Please note: Currently there is no access to the rooftop terrace.

The building is a non-smoking zone. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Quiet hours are from 11pm and 7am. Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur the full cost of lock replacement. Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave. Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible. If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
