Please note, the bedroom has a quirky sloping roof with limited headroom on the sides, approximately 185cm (6ft) in the center.
A dedicated free parking space is available in front of the barn. A baby travel cot is available upon request for an additional charge of £50. Linen for the sofa bed can be provided for an additional cost of £75.00 for the length of stay. Mid-stay cleaning and linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, and is required for longer stays up to 30 days.
The property offers super-fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable open-plan living room with a TV, making it suitable for remote work.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-ins without permission or late check-outs. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys. This is a non-smoking property and parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbors. Guests are required to complete verification facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
