A washing machine/dryer is also available for personal use. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower only.

Free on-street parking is available in front of the building on a quiet street with numerous spaces. Linen for the sofa bed is available for an additional cost of £75.00 for the length of stay, which must be requested and paid for during booking.

The apartment is perfect for business or pleasure, with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work-friendly set-ups.

There is no smoking allowed in the property. Extra guests are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbours. Guests are asked to remove shoes upon entering the property and leave them at the top of the stairs. If any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property are discovered after check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be incurred. Remote self check-in is available for flexibility with late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is provided.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Located in Impington, just off the A14, this apartment offers easy access to the city centre and local amenities. It's a short 10-minute drive to Cambridge city centre and train station, and a 5-minute drive to the Science Park and Girton College. The charming village of Histon, with its shops and restaurants, is less than a 10-minute walk away, and a bus stop with direct access to the city centre is an 8-minute walk.
