The barn boasts modern amenities and appliances throughout. The comfortable and spacious lounge is perfect for relaxing and includes a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features an enormous island with breakfast bar seating and a separate dining table that seats 10. Essentials provided include a washer-dryer machine, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner.
Private parking is available on a large driveway with space for multiple vehicles right outside the property and a high chair is available for guest use. Up to three small, well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Two travel cots are located in the property. A mid-stay cleaning and linen change is provided complimentary for stays longer than 16 nights.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
This property is for family stays and respectful guests only – no parties, events, or loud noise permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. No shoes inside, and candles are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay; switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property. Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time. Due to the remote location, the property is not connected to main sewage; only human waste or toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilets to avoid blocking or damaging the sewage treatment tank. The gardener visits once a fortnight and may be seen on the grounds. High quality bed linen, including towels, are supplied. Refillable bathroom toiletries are provided and refilled by cleaners on each changeover. A washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are also provided. Bookings are subject to a verification process carried out by a trusted partner.
The garden is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, and access to the grounds may be required during guest stays. This work will not require entry into the house or disturb guests.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
