Each of the four bedrooms is on a separate level, three with en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have gel memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 1 opens onto a secluded balcony overlooking the garden, and Bedrooms 1-3 include USB sockets and automatic night lights.
Free secure off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles. Paid add-ons may include early check-in or late check-out. The separate lounge is a good place to work, and the property includes Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
Quiet hours run from 9pm to 8am. The lead booker must be over 25 and present during check-in and the stay. Strictly no pets, no parties or events, no smoking inside, and no illegal activity. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Stays longer than 14 days require additional mid-stay cleaning. Self-check-in is via a lockbox, with codes provided on the day of arrival.
The townhouse sits in a small private community of five houses, with easy access to countryside walks and central Worthing. Broadwater Village is about 0.7 miles away, and central Worthing with shops, supermarkets and leisure facilities about 1.9-2 miles. Close to the A27 and A24 for Brighton, London, Arundel and Chichester, with several bus stops nearby and train links to Brighton, London and Gatwick Airport.
