Driveway parking is available for vans and cars, and on-street parking is also available. A side entrance offers easy access. A late check-out fee of £50+VAT per half hour applies unless agreed upon in advance, and a fee of £200+VAT will be charged for not returning keys to the key safe.
Includes an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for guests to use.
The property is split over two levels, with a step-free ground floor and stairs leading to the upper floor. Please review the floor plan or get in touch if you have any mobility requirements. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Guests are asked to wash up used dishes, bag rubbish and use correct recycling bins, return keys to the key safe, switch off lights, close all windows, and turn down the heating before leaving.
