Both bedrooms are fitted with a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, night tables with lamps, and a vanity shelf with a stool. Wall-mounted Smart TVs are installed in each bedroom. The house bathroom features a floating hand basin, toilet, and a large shower with both rainfall and handheld options. A travel cot and high chair are provided.
Driveway parking is available for one car, and free on-street parking is available in the neighborhood for a second car. Guests are welcome to use the garage for luggage, pushchairs, or bikes. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided upon arrival.
WIFI speeds are 17MB download and 1.2MB upload. Smart TVs are available in all rooms except the shower room.
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. An early check-in without permission or late check-out will incur a £30 charge. Lost keys will result in a £100 charge. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to pack down the travel cot and wipe down the high chair after use and return them to their original storage places. Cot bedding is not provided. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
