The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and washing machine. Unwind in the cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair, a 32” HD TV with Freeview, DVD player, and a selection of DVDs, books, and games. An iPod dock and complimentary Wi-Fi are also provided. A separate dining room with seating for four offers the perfect space to enjoy meals together.

Free on-street parking is available on Pembroke Street and a travel cot is available for guests to use, stored under the single beds. Please bring your own cot bedding if you wish to use it. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided upon arrival.

The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check-in and includes complimentary Wi-Fi.

No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. Guests have access to the whole property and 24/7 guest support is available should you need any assistance during your stay. Bookings are subject to a verification process.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
