The open-plan kitchen is equipped for home cooking with a hand blender, food processor, a range cooker with six gas burners and two ovens, a dishwasher, a tall fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. A Nespresso machine is also provided. The master bedroom offers a double bed, ample guest storage including two built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps, and a window seat. The rear bedroom has a small double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a freestanding towel rail, a built-in bookcase with a USB charging plug socket, and a bedside table with a lamp. Both bedrooms have a cane chair, laundry basket, and an ornamental cast iron fireplace. The bathroom features a white three-piece suite with a rainfall shower over the bath and storage.
On-street parking is available for one car with a provided permit, which must be requested in advance and is valid until 10 am the following day. A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request for an additional cost of £20, with guests needing to provide their own cot bedding.
