Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. An early check-in or late check-out without permission will incur a £30 charge. Lost keys will result in a £100 charge. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided upon arrival. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided, along with miniature travel-sized toiletries, a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll for the first couple of days.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Located in Clifton, this home offers excellent links to York city centre and York Hospital. It's a short walk to York Minster (15 minutes) and The Shambles (15 minutes), and a 20-minute walk to York Castle Museum and Clifford's Tower. The National Railway Museum is a 10-minute drive away.
