The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer-dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and microwave. The spacious double bedroom offers ample storage, and the full-sized bathroom features a bath, wall-mounted shower, basin, and toilet. Hotel-quality linen and large fluffy towels with complimentary toiletries are provided.
A dedicated parking space and secure bike storage are available for guests. Guests are also free to enjoy the beautiful communal gardens with stunning views of York Minster and the City Walls.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. A £100 charge will apply for lost keys. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Ideally situated just minutes from the main streets, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, traditional British pubs, and local amenities. York City Centre, York Minster, and a large Sainsbury's supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk. York Hospital and York Railway Station are a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute car journey away.
