The apartment features a bright and light living area with cool shades of grey and accents of color. Relax on the large comfy sofa opposite a wall-mounted Smart TV and an electric feature fireplace. The bedroom, accessed via the living quarters, boasts a king-size bed with a feature wall and a double mirrored wardrobe. Fresh white bedding and towels, along with miniature travel-sized toiletries, are provided. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, washer dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with a breakfast table and two chairs.

Enjoy free on-site parking in a dedicated spot suitable for a small/medium-sized car, with visitor parking available for larger vehicles. A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request for an additional cost of £20, subject to availability. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding. Please note that highchair requests cannot be met.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-ins without permission or late check-outs. Lost keys will incur a £100 charge. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. The dedicated parking space is quite tight and suitable for a small/medium-sized car. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Entrance is via a communal door. There is one allocated parking space in the car park which is to be used only within your stay. Please do not use the car parking space before your check in or after your check out. If you contact the property management team, they might be able to accommodate your request, depending on when the cleaners are booked in.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
