This bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 4 people, with the option of a travel cot. The living dining room features two large leather sofas, a Smart TV with guest accounts for streaming services, and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious super king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom includes a wash hand basin, toilet, and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The paved rear garden with a lawned area and outdoor furniture catches the sun during the day.
Parking is available on the driveway for up to two cars and a garage is provided for bike storage only. A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request for an additional cost of £20, with guests needing to bring their own cot bedding.
The living dining room offers free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or for late check-out. Keys are kept in a key safe, and a £100 charge will apply for lost keys. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed. Bookings are subject to a verification process carried out by a trusted partner.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
