This property is pet-friendly, with a £95 pet fee per stay. Early check-in and cot hire are available as extras. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50+VAT per half hour fee. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. There is one step to enter the property, and all rooms are on the ground floor.
