The kitchen is equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, and a coffee pod machine with a water dispenser in the fridge. Bedrooms are furnished with bedding and USB sockets in the downstairs room. Bathrooms are hotel-style with towels and toiletries provided.
Two private parking spaces are available on-site and two free parking spaces are provided.
The bedrooms include USB sockets in the downstairs room, and smart TVs are available in every room.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM via a key safe, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Contact is available via the booking app, text, or phone from 8 AM to 10 PM, with an emergency line available outside of these hours. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property but is permitted outside, with cigarette ends to be disposed of responsibly. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight, and no unregistered visitors are permitted without prior approval. The lead guest must be 21 years or older and present throughout the stay. To respect the neighbors, loud noise or music outside is not permitted after 11 PM. Parties are welcome but must remain inside the property with doors and windows closed after 11 PM. Please leave used bedding and towels on the bathroom floor and place rubbish in the outdoor bins before departure.
Situated just steps away from the promenade, this property is a short walk to Pleasure Beach, South Pier, and Sandcastle Waterpark. A Tesco Express is also conveniently located nearby. You can easily take the tram to Blackpool Tower and Winter Gardens, making it perfectly situated for all your Blackpool needs.
